Tulsa skyline

Bald Eagles in Oklahoma

We have been lucky enough to be the winter home for a few Bald Eagles in the Tulsa and Sand Springs area.
From what I understand this is partially due to the incredible efforts
of the Sutton Avian Research Center in Bartlesville, OK and their work to help replenish the species.

As an amateur photographer in Tulsa, I find great pleasure in documenting their visits during the winters
and look forward to their return in the fall.
